Same Day Local Delivery
- Cut-off time for Same Day Local Delivery orders is 1:30 pm. All orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Deliveries are made before 7:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 5:00 pm Friday. Delivery service is not available Saturday/Sunday or Holidays.
- Deliveries will require proof of age by a Government issued photo I.D. and the name must match to the person on the order.

How does it work? We will automatically select your delivery fee option based on your order value and the address you have provided. Please ensure accuracy with entering your address. Hint: Use the address field autofill drop down list when available.
Make sure to leave any addition instructions for the driver, such as buzzer number, etc. Please have your government issued photo ID available. Under no circumstances will we leave the order with anyone under the age of 18.
If in the instance that you are not home when the delivery is made, the order will be returned to the store. You will be refunded for the purchased products, with the exception of the delivery charge. Please note that any Vape Loyalty Points earned will also be canceled.

P Squared Vapes offers flat rate shipping within Canada.
- All orders are processed and shipped same day if the order is received before 12:00 pm. All orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. It is possible to receive your order before the tracking information becomes available.

In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup. After placing your order and selecting 'Pickup' at checkout, your order will be prepared and be ready within the same business day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email and government issued Photo ID with you when you arrive.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
- Monday to Friday (10AM to 8PM)
- Saturday to Sunday (11AM to 5PM)
- Closed Statutory Holidays

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with the relevant information.
If you haven’t received your order within a few days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please reach out to us at info@p2vapes.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.
What couriers do you use to ship my order?

Do you Ship to to P.O. boxes?
If your address is a PO Box, your order will be processed/shipped via Canada Post.
